The recipient can use it to top up their pre-paid account at the club, which can then be used for flight lessons or any club-related services. Gift Card Terms and Conditions

By purchasing and using a gift card from Bendigo Flying Club, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

  1. Gift Card Usage:

    • Gift cards can only be used to add credit to a recipient's pre-paid account at Bendigo Flying Club. The card cannot be used directly on the website for online purchases.

    • The gift card value will be applied to the recipient’s pre-paid account upon in-person redemption at the Bendigo Flying Club.

  2. Redemption:

    • The gift card recipient must bring the digital card (with a unique code) to the Bendigo Flying Club in order to redeem the value. The value will be credited to their pre-paid account at the time of use.

    • The gift card can only be redeemed at the Bendigo Flying Club location and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other form of payment.

  3. Non-Transferable:

    • Gift cards are non-transferable and can only be used by the recipient who redeems the card in person at the club.

  4. 3 Year Expiry:

    • Gift cards do have an expiration date of 3 years from the time they are issued. The funds must be used while the recipient is a member of Bendigo Flying Club or in accordance with the club’s membership status.

  5. Lost or Stolen Cards:

    • Bendigo Flying Club is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged gift cards. It is the responsibility of the recipient to safeguard their gift card and its associated value.

  6. Refunds and Returns:

    • All gift card purchases are final and non-refundable. Once a gift card has been purchased, it cannot be returned or exchanged for cash or any other product or service.

  7. Limitations of Liability:

    • Bendigo Flying Club reserves the right to cancel or suspend any gift card if it determines that the gift card was obtained fraudulently or if there is any suspected misuse.

    • Bendigo Flying Club is not liable for any loss of gift card value or personal injury that may result from the use of the gift card.

  8. Modification of Terms:

    • Bendigo Flying Club reserves the right to modify or amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated through our website and/or email notifications to users.

  9. Privacy:

    • Personal information provided during the purchase and redemption of gift cards will be handled in accordance with Bendigo Flying Club’s and federal privacy policy.

By purchasing and using a gift card, the buyer and recipient acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions.
